Goodbye Emma
It is with a heavy but peaceful heart that I want to let you know that Emma is finally comfortable and happy. She passed on this afternoon without pain in her parent’s arms, with the sun shining and the wind blowing through the trees. Emma was an inspiration to me, as I know she was to many others, and I feel incredible gratitude that I was able to know her. The last 4 ½ months have been the best months of my life.
We’ll pass on details in the next few days, when we feel we’re ready. Thank you for all of the kindness and support we’ve received through this adventure.
