During the 2nd to last day in Rio, we spent time going to Santa Teresa up in the hills. Santa Teresa is known for its Eurpoean influence and unfortunately its crime. We heard too many stories of people getting mugged up here so we bought a disposable camera and took some photos around town. I forgot how much of a pain it was to get real film ...

Elle and I spent the whole day today touring various places in Rio. I've added a ton of pix to my flickr set for the trip, but I haven't had the time to put all the comments in - as internet time is expensive here. I will get to that tomorrow. Needless to say, we had a BLAST today. Make sure you read about our little adventure with a food menu ...

Ellen and I are currently in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil celebrating New Year's. This place is basically paradise with an attitude... can be dirty and beautiful in all the same view. Keep your eye on my Flickr set for updates to the pictures. I'll add more info to the pictures. Needless to say we are having fun. Make sure you check out the pix from ...

Now, I'm not dumb enough to go out and do a ''Roethlisberger'', but she certainly wanted me to be safe while riding a motorcycle. For those of you in the know, you understand ...

I'd really like to give you a full trip report about this year's burn, however tryng to explain Burning Man to a non burner is like trying to explain the color blue to a blind person. Instead, I'll simply point you to some of the highlights.

I've been following Michelle's progress each day in the race across the Gobi Desert in China. She's doing awesome! A quick interview of her was just posted.
Here's a link to the video.

My favorite work area has just changed. Instead of going to the same old coffee shops, today was so nice outside that I was determined to find a place to work where I could enjoy the sun. Well, I may have just found a little slice of heaven in Pioneer Square. Waterfall Garden Park is a hidden gem found in the middle of Pioneer Square which ...

Everyone was so hyped up about the new single that not only did Pearl Jam release it two days early, but they also released the tour dates for the first leg of the North American tour. The only place that seems worth the trip is Philly and Chicago, and I might be in Berlin during the Philly show, thus I'm trying to decide if I want to buy tix to ...
